Discover Your Ideal Client Design with Your Human Design

Whenever I work with clients to discern their ideal client or ICA, I always keep in mind their type. Part of the reason I do this is because our type supports us in interacting with the world and others optimally. Each type has a different set of guidelines by which they operate and move through the world. We get ourselves into challenges because we should ourselves and try to behave like something we are not, aka one of the other types.

Projectors tend to behave like MG’s or Generators.

Manifestors tend to behave like Generators

Generators tend to behave like Manifestors.

Reflectors tend to behave like Generators.

MG’s tend to behave like only a manifestor or only a generator.

Part of the reason we change our behavior comes from the outside pressures of the world, from well-meaning clients who want more from us, and from our desire to support and help others.

But the reality is when we behave in ways that aren’t optimal for us – we only deplete ourselves. We take away from our beautiful life force energy, which often ultimately leads to burnout, exhaustion, resentment, frustration, anger, and disappointment. If we are to move into a new paradigm of business embracing our HD, we must first embrace how we are designed to work in concert with others.

We must take responsibility for communicating that to our potential clients, our existing clients, and the world around us. We are not all here to operate in the same way, and we each need to hold space for others and their way of moving through the world.
