Let’s dive into Human Design Gate 6 – The Gate of Friction. This gate 6 in human design is focused on reproduction and is part of the channel of mating. This is the energy of the hope and pain wave of intimacy. It gives us the potential and is the awareness or emotional wave to bond or not. This is a hope or pain wave. This wave, unlike the others, doesn’t move from one extreme to the others. It is out of the gate 6 that the three emotional streams of the solar plexus energy. They are all born out of the 6th gate. This is where all moods and feelings come from. And they are expressed out of the 6 lines associated with this gate.

This gate 6 in human design is known as the gate of friction, and growth cannot occur without friction.

Understand that growth cannot happen without a motor, which means creation & life cannot happen without friction and a motor. This means progress in our tribe doesn’t exist without a motor. This is where our emotional motor sits, and it produces 6 gears of the emotional wave.

It is essential to understand that Gate 6 in human design is a dominating force. This dominating force comes with great responsibility. This force can dominate the lives of others and simulate growth, peace, and evolution.

The key to this energy is to be aware of the emotional frequency that the person is putting out. This energy can generate peace, growth, and serenity or decay, war, and tension.
